Stories With Purpose.
Entertainment With Impact.
EmpowerHer Cinema is an independent television, film and digital entertainment network dedicated to original stories, diverse voices, and empowered storytelling.
Our Story
Building a Home for Independent Entertainment
EmpowerHer Cinema was founded on a simple belief: that the stories most worth telling are often the ones that don't fit neatly into the traditional entertainment system.
We are building a home for original productions, independent filmmakers, actors, creators and entertainment properties — a place where diverse voices can develop, produce and share their work with the world.
Our current productions — Summer Affairs and But It's the Principle — represent the kind of bold, character-driven storytelling that defines the EmpowerHer Cinema vision.
Our Mission
What We Stand For
Representation
Diverse voices and perspectives are not a trend — they are a responsibility and a creative strength.
Independence
We operate outside the traditional studio system, giving our storytellers the freedom to tell authentic stories.
Community
We build opportunities for actors, filmmakers and creatives who deserve a platform.
Quality
Independent does not mean small. We hold our productions to the highest creative standards.

Our Vision
Where We're Going
EmpowerHer Cinema is just getting started. Our vision is to grow into a full independent entertainment network — developing new productions, expanding our catalog, and creating lasting opportunities for the storytellers and performers who make it all possible.
